Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored patient care based on individual needs and assessments. Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate and implement effective care plans. Administer medications and IV treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes to the medical team. Educate patients and their families regarding health management and preventative measures. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Promote a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff. A valid NMC Pin and relevant UK nursing experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
