The RPAH emergency roster/nurse bank is utilised to fill shortages on various wards and departments at RPA. RN’s working on the emergency roster will be required to work across a variety of medical/surgical and other inpatient and outpatient services as required. We can offer you flexible rostering while also accruing leave benefits, friendly and helpful management who are onsite 24/7 and the ability to work in a variety of areas in a centre of excellence.
RN’s on the emergency roster will be required to work a 24/7 rotating roster including mornings, afternoons and night shifts (7 days a week).
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
