We Are Hiring Location: Pensacola, Florida Facility: Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola Department: Employee Education Schedule: Day | PRN What You Will Do Program Development & Evaluation: Assess, design, implement, and evaluate multi-faceted, competency-based nursing education plans and Nursing Professional Development (NPD) programs across the continuum of care. Strategic Consulting: Serve as a strategic consultant on clinical performance initiatives, advising leadership on performance processes and delivery mechanisms to optimize nursing workflows. Collaborative Assessment: Partner closely with organizational leaders and staff to identify clinical education needs, define core competencies, and manage standards for inter-professional programs. Metrics & Goal Tracking: Utilize evidence-based methods, measurements, and analytical tools to track learning goal achievements and ensure clinical practice aligns with the highest extent of licensure. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted required. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Work Experience: Required professional licensure at time of hire.
