OVERVIEW
Join Michael Garron Hospital (MGH), part of the Toronto East Health Network and Ontario’s leading community teaching hospital as we create health and build community.
We have proudly served the diverse, multi-cultural population of East Toronto since 1929, offering an extensive range of inpatient, outpatient and community-based programs and services delivered by more than 3,000 employees and 400 physicians and midwives.
Conveniently located near Coxwell subway station and with easy access to the Don Valley Parkway and Gardiner Expressway, MGH offers a strong sense of community and an admired workplace culture where our people come first.
MGH’s Critical Care Nursing Resource Team is a new and innovative team established to support the Emergency Department, Cardiac Care Unit and the Intensive Care Unit.
This unique position is for Registered Nurses (RNs) looking to grow in their career and expand their knowledge in a highly supportive environment. Join us in the Critical Care Nursing Resource Team as an RN seeking to learn more about Critical Care in a variety of environments within the hospital. MGH is looking for RNs interested to become Critical Care trained; we will support, mentor and help novice nurses build the knowledge, skills and training to work independently in the Emergency Department, Cardiac Care Unit and the Intensive Care Unit. This is an incredible opportunity for nurses, from the novices looking to jumpstart their careers, to the experienced interested in growing theircareer and becoming critical care certified.
