Our organization is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurses (RGN and RMN). The applicant must live locally and be available to start immediately. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient’s vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RGN and RMN) license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Proven experience in medication administration and patient care
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
