As an After Hours Hospice RN, you’ll respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays—bringing peace of mind and compassionate care when it’s needed most. 7 days on, 7 off. Starting 5pm on Fridays. Responsibilities

The After Hours Hospice RN provides direct patient care and support outside of normal business hours, serving as the primary liaison between patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team during the shift. Responsibilities include promptly responding to urgent calls, managing symptoms, evaluating patient needs, and accurately documenting all clinical visits and communications.
