JOB DESCRIPTION

• Scheduling of appointments, sending appointment reminders
• Assist patients with registrations, billings and insurance claims
• Dispensing of medications
• Financial counselling
• Processing, finalising invoices & cashiering duties
• Assist in procedures
• Restocking and preparing all materials in procedure rooms
• Assist in any other clinic-related matters as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least “N” Level
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Work proactively within a team of staff
• Confident and fluent in English
• Computer Literacy is required
• Responsible, dependable, punctual
• Willingness to learn and grow in a clinic environment
• Previous experience in a private specialist clinic setting is preferred
