Overture Home Care is currently seeking a dynamic and skilled RN to join our team! We are currently looking for someone available to provide assessments, perform basic nursing procedures, train staff, and more in client homes and facilities all across DFW. We assist seniors with everything from basic ADL's to Alzheimer's / Dementia care, hospice, and general geriatric care. Responsibilities and Duties Conduct comprehensive in-home nursing assessments for new and existing clients. Maintain a strong customer service and sales mindset during every assessment, working to convert qualified prospects into active home care clients through education, relationship building, and exceptional service. Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care. Delegate nursing tasks and provide hands-on training to caregivers in accordance with state regulations. Perform nursing procedures including medication management, clinical assessments, and other services within the RN scope of practice. Monitor client progress and communicate changes in condition to physicians, families, and the care team. Complete accurate clinical documentation, assessments, and required reports. Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers, providing education, coaching, and ongoing support. Collaborate with office staff to ensure continuity of care and exceptional client service. Help promote a safe, compliant, and high-quality care environment for every client. Requirements Must have a full, active license as a Registered Nurse. Minimum of two years related work experience in a geriatric healthcare setting required. Flexibility as needed when it comes to assessments and scheduling trainings Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently Demonstrates initiative, problem solving ability, adaptability and flexibility Clinical skills: documentation of care, medication administration, infection control precautions, assessing patient educational needs, physical assessment, obtaining vital signs, care coordination.
