ABOUT THE ROLE:

Working with a supportive NUM and collaborative team you will be confident working in a busy environment where no two days are the same! You will be supporting patients post operatively during the recovery phase and preparing patients for return to ward.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Provide evidenced based nursing care
• Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
• Ensure patient and staff safety
• Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members to deliver high-quality patient care
• Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs
