The 2J Cardiovascular Unit is a 36-bed unit focused on post operation care for cardiac and vascular surgery patients. This includes progression pathway and support education to discharge.     Position Summary: Working as a member of an interdisciplinary team to ensure high quality care. Responsible and accountable for decisions and actions in the provision and management of nursing care for cardiac patients. Practitioner, consultant and educator for cardiac patient groups and health team members.
