Position: Registered Nurse Department: Heart Function Clinic (HFC) Posting ID#: 6510 Role Level: Clinical Patient Services (CPS04.2) $40.24 - $57.68/ per hour Status: Part Time (1) Shift: Monday thru Friday, Days 7:30am - 3:30pm Site: Mississauga Site Posted: February 19, 2026 Internal Deadline: February 26, 2026 Position Summary: Enhance the overall patient & family experience by coordinating and facilitating the HFC patient care team processes to meet the care needs and achieve quality clinical outcomes for all patients.
