National Spine & Pain Centers is seeking a Per Diem RN to join our team of highly trained, caring professionals at our surgery centers in Gainesville and Buford. * Schedule: 1-2 shifts per month, as needed * Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL: * Assess patient’s preoperative and postoperative status at intervals according to facility or health care organization policies and procedures. * Interpret information accurately from various noninvasive and invasive monitors. * Evaluate the patient’s progress toward attaining outcomes utilizing relevant scoring systems/discharge criteria (e.g. Aldrete Score, Post Anesthesia Discharge Scoring System) as defined by organizational policy. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIRED SKILLS: * A valid GA Registered Nurse license, or Compact State license. * Current BLS and ACLS (or able to obtain ACLS within 30 days of employment) * Knowledge of EMR systems and technologies * The capacity to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, while demonstrating resourcefulness and proactivity.
