About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient-care skills, and proven expertise in IV cannulation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform IV cannulation confidently and efficiently with a high level of competency.
• Assess patients and provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Follow infection-control, medication-safety, and clinical protocols.
• Ensure proper handling and care of IV access and related equipment.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, patients, and their families.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to patient needs and emergencies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse / Nursing qualification with a valid professional license.
• Expert-level IV cannulation skills are a MUST.
• DHA Eligibility is mandatory.
• Proven clinical nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of infection prevention and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
