Registered Nurse - Perioperative Permanent part-time opportunity Healesville Hospital & Yarra Valley Health Endoscopy Nurse and/or PACU Nurse Monday - Wednesday 28.5hrs per week (3x 9.5hr shifts) Eastern Health Eastern Health is one of Melbourne’s largest public health services. About the role Healesville Hospital Theatre offers a dynamic, welcoming and professionally supportive environment, with a strong focus on safe, high-quality, patient-centred care and outcomes. Our single-theatre complex operates from Monday to Wednesday as a day procedure service, providing a range of planned care with a primary focus on Endoscopy and Colorectal procedures. About you To be successful in this role you should possess: Current registration with AHPRA. A minimum of 2 years Peri-Operative/Endoscopy experience. Post Graduate qualifications within the Peri-Operative environment will be highly regarded. Highly developed interpersonal skills. A strong commitment to high quality care. The ability to work as part of a diverse team. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Please refer to the attached position description for further details of the role. Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
