Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the surgical team to plan and implement patient care during the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. * Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, providing appropriate nursing interventions. * Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with anesthesia administration. * Maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment, adhering to infection control protocols. * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. * Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies. * Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities.
