Full Time (80 Hours Biweekly) Day Shift Working from Gettysburg Hospital on site and will cover territory in Hanover and Gettysburg areas. Will also cover WellSpan Rehab Hospital in York remotely. General Summary Coordinates patient care/services in the assigned setting to encompass a thorough continuum of quality care to improve patient outcomes.
