Your future role at a glance Location: Tulsa, OK Facility: Ascension St. John Medical Center Department: Pre Admission Testing Schedule: Full-time day shift, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm OR four 10-Hour shifts, 7:30am-6:00pm, days TBD How you'll make an impact in this role Lead the delivery of compassionate clinical care by executing personalized treatment plans that align with the highest standards of safety and excellence. Champion the patient’s recovery journey by vigilantly monitoring health trends and communicating critical status changes to the care team to ensure rapid, effective interventions. Coordinate multi-disciplinary care efforts as the primary advocate for your patients, ensuring that every specialist and department is seamlessly aligned for a holistic healing experience. Translate complex medical orders into action by meticulously carrying out physician and nursing directives to maintain the integrity of the patient’s care path. Architect seamless transitions of care by collaborating with the healthcare team to assess and prepare patients for a safe, successful discharge back to their homes and communities. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
