Job Description:
- To support the Home Manager within a nursing home environment in providing leadership to the care team and effective 24 hour management of the home within the available resources.
- Delivery of care to residents where necessary.
- To lead a team of care staff and provide excellence in clinical practice that ensures that residents rights to privacy, dignity, choice and safety are actively promoted.
- To demonstrate effective communication skills with residents, their families and friends.
- To facilitate and engage in positive working relationships with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team, including hospitals, and local agencies, acting as the resident’s advocate where necessary to promote the best outcomes.

Salary: From £24 per hour
