The service we offer is meaningful not only to our clients, but our client’s families. We are looking for Nursing superstars to join our team, working collaboratively to achieve extraordinary levels of clinical services and care to our Clients in Geelong.

TASKS INCLUDE:

• Observe client’s wellbeing and make recommendations about care enhancement to their Case Manager
• Administering medications
• Assisting with patient rehabilitation and with any personal care requirements
• Maintaining records and communicating with doctors
• Participate in client reviews and work with the client’s family to evaluate health outcomes
• Provide wound care and management and assessments plus Personal Care
• PEG care - setting up feeds/ medication administration via PEG tube/ routine flushes
• Experience with IDC, SPC (insertions/ management/ manual washouts)
• Stoma care, wound care, palliative care, diabetes management. Acute care
