SearchPlus HR is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the private healthcare sector. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients. Administer medications and treatments as per physician’s orders and monitor patient responses. Provide emotional support and education to patients and families regarding health issues and care management. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety protocols. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or similar qualifications. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is highly preferred. Strong clinical and assessment skills with a compassionate approach to patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a private healthcare setting is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing situations.
