Employment Type: Part-Time/ Per-Diem (Flexible Scheduling Available) Compensation: Competitive Pay, PRN: $125 SOC Visit / $75 Reassessment Visit + Milegae Locations: Cuyahoga County: Cleveland, Euclid, South Euclid, Lakewood, Parma, Strongsville and all other surrounding communities! Sometimes will include Toledo!
