Key Responsibilities: - Prepare operating rooms by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and ready for procedures - Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operations, providing support and ensuring adherence to safety protocols - Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition throughout surgical procedures - Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of surgical procedures and patient information - Follow strict infection control and safety standards to prevent complications - Provide preoperative and postoperative care instructions to patients and their families - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care before, during, and after surgery Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Valid nursing license (RN) in the relevant state or country - Proven experience in an operating room or surgical setting / 3 Years or more - Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterilization techniques, and infection control practices - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - BLS and ACLS certification (or equivalent) preferred Join our organization and enjoy a supportive work environment that values professional growth, continuous learning, and compassionate patient care.
