Job Details Job Location: GREELEY, CO 80634 Salary Range: $43.00 - $47.00 Hourly Job Details: Our center is seeking team-oriented Registered Nurse / RNs who are dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service. We provide flexibility by offering PRN options for Registered Nurses. Qualifications: Registered Nurse / RN License About Us: The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting. We are in the process of building a team dedicated to excellence, outcomes, & execution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Administers and documents the administrations of medications and treatments per physician orders Assesses patients routinely and with changes of condition Communicates changes of condition, test results, etc. as per company policy Educates patients as necessary Ensures the patient care plan is implemented Supervises and coordinates LPN's & CNA's Qualifications Valid RN License

Responsibilities
