This program will give you structured, supported exposure to areas such as: Medical – specialties include cardiology, respiratory, palliative care, oncology, haematology, chronic disease management, acute assessment unit & general medicine. Surgical – specialties include orthopaedics, cardiothoracic, urology, gynaecology, general surgery, vascular, neurosurgery, ENT, plastics & paediatrics. Rehabilitation – general and slow stream rehabilitation. Mental Health – specialties include acute adult mental health, older persons' mental health, mood and anxiety disorders, inpatient mental health, and day therapy programs. PROGRAM DETAILS Start with a fully paid, full-time 3-week intensive training program (7 September to 25 September 2026) that blends classroom learning and real clinical practice, then step seamlessly into the hours and employment pattern that suit your career goals. Week 1: Foundational training, simulations, clinical refreshers, and acute care essentials. Weeks 2-3: Ward-based clinical training, hands-on practice, and supported shifts alongside your nursing team. WHY JOIN US?
