Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding clinical and personal care to residents as a Staff Nurse.
* Confidently and accurately conduct medication rounds, adhering to all safety protocols.
* Take shift charge during night shifts, demonstrating strong leadership and the ability to work autonomously without supervision.
* Work collaboratively in hand with the Deputy Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for our residents.
* Maintain accurate and timely records in line with NMC guidelines and care home policies.
* Act as a clinical mentor and support to junior members of the team.
What We Are Looking For (Essential Requirements):
* A valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
* A minimum of 3 years experience as a RGN or RMN within a UK nursing home or care home setting.
* Proven experience in leading shifts and working confidently without supervision.
* Comprehensive knowledge and proven ability in conducting medication rounds.
* A strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge, particularly in elderly care and dementia.
* Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, professional nature.
