Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a passion for delivering exceptional elderly care? We are a prestigious nursing home in Northallerton seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our clinical team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN to take on a vital role within our home, providing high-quality clinical care to our residents and working closely with our Deputy Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding, person-centred nursing care to all residents.
• Conduct accurate and safe medication rounds, adhering to all policies and procedures.
• Work autonomously and without supervision during day shifts, demonstrating strong clinical judgement.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Work in partnership with the Deputy Manager and multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Build strong, therapeutic relationships with residents, their families, and the wider healthcare team.
• Provide leadership and support to care staff, promoting a positive and professional environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

  Essential Requirements:

• Valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a RGN or RMN within a UK care home or nursing home setting.
• Proven experience managing medication rounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of elderly care and CQC standards.

• A compassionate, resilient, and professional approach.

  Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in providing specialist care for residents living with dementia.

• A strong desire to develop their career as a Nursing Home Nurse.
