Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Nursing duties for elderly clients to improve their wellbeing and healthcare at home
  • Report any changes in a client’s behaviour or health/wellbeing
  • Controls, prepares, and administers treatments and medications with knowledge of purpose and adverse effects of the nursing care provided
  • Utilize professional assessment skills to identify physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of patients, and is able to develop a care plan to meet these needs in a multi-disciplinary approach

  • Diploma in Nurse (Essential)
  • AHPRA Registration (Essential)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Has a valid Police Check (Essential)
  • Has a valid NDIS Worker’s Check (Essential)
  • Manual handling/hoist certificate (Essential)
  • Complex bowel care certificate (Essential)
  • Driver’s Licence
  • Willing to do shifts in the Puncbowl area
  • Arabic speaking
