I am seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a skilled team in St Helens. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a nurturing and professional care setting.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care and promoting the health and well-being of our residents. Your clinical skills, empathy, and leadership will help ensure a safe, supportive environment for both patients and colleagues.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • A valid RGN PIN
  • Previous experience in a similar nursing role, ideally within a care home or community healthcare setting
  • Strong clinical judgement and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and training
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver patient-centred care including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
  • Monitor health conditions and report changes to the wider clinical team
  • Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and care staff to design and implement care plans
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including electronic health records (EHR)
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, infection control, and safety protocols
  • Provide emotional support to residents and their families
  • Participate in case conferences and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support and mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team culture
