THE OPPORTUNITY

Our team is seeking an experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing and vibrant team. We have an opportunity for two full time Registered Nurses or part-time equivalent. St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital is an acute care hospital committed to providing the highest standard of specialised services, skilled personnel and sophisticated technologies.
The role offers flexible rostering to balance work and family commitments, a commitment to ongoing education and a friendly work environment. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will work among a fantastic team in an even better location!
Working in our team will see you assigned to a variety of shifts based on your availability across our Wilson Ward. Your key responsibility will be the evaluation, planning and delivery of care to the patients within our Clinic.
As a member of our clinical team, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The flexibility to handle a rotating roster will be crucial to this role.

You will need to have the following:

• Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse.
• Proven acute care experience post AHPRA registration in a hospital environment is essential.
• 2 years specialty mental health experience is essential.
• Any postgraduate qualifications within mental health will be highly regarded.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
