The  surgical department treats more than 1,500 inpatients and more than 2,000 outpatients each year. Its services encompass the full range of general surgery as well as large parts of visceral surgery, trauma surgery, and orthopedics. As an acute care hospital, it provides 24-hour emergency care.

Start as soon as possible as a registered nurse (m/f/d) in surgery, permanent position, full-time or part-time (based on 38.5 hours/week)!

Your tasks:

• Nursing care and monitoring of patients before and after surgical procedures
• Implementation of medically ordered measures as well as wound and pain management
• Monitoring of the postoperative course and early detection of complications
• Support with diagnostics, visits and therapeutic measures
• Careful documentation and close interdisciplinary collaboration 

Your profile:

• They have completed a three-year vocational training in a nursing profession
• They align their actions with the needs of the patients; they organize their work independently and confidently handle routine tasks.
• You will help shape teamwork by supporting your colleagues, promoting a collegial atmosphere, and finding creative solutions.
• In fulfilling your tasks, you have an eye for optimizing processes and proceeding systematically.
