Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join our Rehabilitation ward on a part time basis. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care to join our established surgical nursing team.

AS A REGISTERED NURSE - REHABILITATION YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Provide evidenced based nursing care to patients undergoing our Orthopaedic and other surgical procedures
  • Liaise with the multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ensure patient and staff safety
  • Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members to deliver high quality patient care
  • Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs
