ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a role where you’ll grow long-term relationships with patients, simplifying referral pathways and access to care to help them manage their health within their own communities.
You’ll assist with dialysis treatments and help patients and their families understand treatment options and protocols. Join us and be part of a supportive and close team where you will be well supported and your dedication will be seen and appreciated.
You will be an integral member of the Renal Dialysis Unit and you’ll see not only the results of your care, but the appreciation of the patients and their families, for the role you play in their health journey.
