About the opportunity We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supportive Renal service due to Long Service Leave in our team. We have the role available at a part-time capacity. We are supportive of professional development and career progression, this is an excellent opportunity to join a specialized renal dialysis unit. You will join a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team who partner to provide the best possible care for our patients. Provide safe, high-quality dialysis care Set up, monitor, and manage dialysis machines, assessing and responding to patient needs throughout treatment Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care Accurately document patient progress and adhere to strict infection control and clinical protocols What you’ll bring You’re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. To thrive in this role, you will have: Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve. A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management. The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Twelve months experience as a Registered or Enrolled Dialysis Nurse You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
