ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a dedicated and close-knit team at our busy Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) clinic, located within Liverpool Hospital. We care for a large and diverse patient cohort and are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to support the delivery of high-quality PD care both in-clinic and in the community.
This role involves hands-on clinical care, patient education, and community support for individuals undergoing Peritoneal Dialysis. You’ll work collaboratively with patients, families, hospital wards, and outpatient clinics to ensure continuity of care and promote patient empowerment.
