ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Renal Home Therapies Unit (RHTU), where autonomy, education, and clinical excellence come together to support patients undergoing home haemodialysis.
As an RHTU Nurse, you’ll work both independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team to assess, train, and support patients transitioning to home-based dialysis. Your role will be vital in building strong patient relationships, troubleshooting treatment challenges, and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective care beyond the hospital walls.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in haemodialysis nursing with strong critical thinking and care planning skills
  • Ability to assess clinical situations and implement safe, effective solutions
  • Professional communication skills, with empathy and respect for diverse backgrounds
  • A current driver’s licence for home visit relief
  • Enthusiasm for patient education, team engagement, and innovation in care delivery
Join us in redefining renal nursing—where clinical expertise and personal connection empower patients every step of the way.
