ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care to residents.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records in line with NMC standards.
  • Carry out care planning, risk assessments, and evaluations.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved.
  • Support residents with complex needs, including dementia and end-of-life care.
  • Supervise and support care staff, promoting a positive and caring environment.
