Under the clinical supervision of the Director of Nursing, you'll provide hands-on care, serve on Interdisciplinary Treatment Teams (ITTs), and help ensure that every person we support receives the dignity and attention they deserve. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Deliver Direct Care: Perform patient assessments, monitor health status, and respond to clinical needs — including physical tasks like lifting (up to 20 lbs). * Administer Medications & Treatments: Follow physician orders precisely and document all treatments in accordance with nursing standards. * Lead & Support the Team: Supervise LPNs and direct care staff to uphold high standards of safety and quality. * Participate in Care Planning: Collaborate in Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (ITT) meetings to develop personalized care plans. * Document with Precision: Keep clear, timely records, including nursing notes and monthly summaries. * Manage the Unit: Ensure supplies are stocked, remove environmental hazards, and provide training to fellow nurses on proper procedures.
