REGISTERED NURSE (RMN/RNLD)

Location: Cheadle, SK8
Contract: Permanent – Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £38,716 per year (DOE)
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our clinical team in Cheadle. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality care within a hospital setting, working closely with patients to support recovery, independence, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records in line with NMC guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of personalised care plans.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
  • Support and mentor junior staff and healthcare assistants.
  • Promote patient dignity, choice, and independence at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital standards.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD).
  • Previous experience in a hospital or specialist care environment preferred.
  • Excellent clinical, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.
