Description Southeastern Renal Dialysis Centers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in West Burlington, Iowa. As an RN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) while working collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, administering medications, monitoring dialysis treatments, educating patients and families, and maintaining compliance with all company, state, federal, and CMS regulations. This position also supports quality improvement initiatives, infection prevention, and serves as a clinical resource to fellow team members while helping create a positive and safe environment for both patients and staff. Requirements $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available for Qualified Candidates. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Iowa, maintained in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification required. Minimum of one (1) year of clinical nursing experience required. Previous dialysis or nephrology experience preferred, but not required. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to educate patients and families effectively. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn electronic medical record systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Must meet all pre-employment screening requirements and maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory standards.
