Job Summary Under the supervision of the charge nurse or Nurse Manager, the Registered Nurse prescribes interventions, delegates tasks, and coordinates care of assigned patients. Gives direction and supervision to ancillary staff and gives individualized patient care. In doing so utilizes the nursing process with age-appropriate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Requirements Education and Experience: Graduate of a school of nursing with current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina. Clinical experience in an acute care setting. Experience working as a supervisor preferred. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.
