About Us -Liberty Healthcare Solutions is a trusted healthcare staffing agency providing skilled and compassionate nurses to healthcare facilities across Canada. We are currently seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for Long-Term Care (LTC) in Victoria, BC.

General Requirements (All Applicants)

• Current, unrestricted LPN or RN license in BC.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Nursing Diploma.
• 1-2 years of recent, full-time experience in a relevant clinical setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional certifications as noted by specialty.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments, prioritizing patient needs effectively.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs) and accurate documentation.
• Valid VSS Police Report
• Current and Valid Immunizations

Long-Term Care (LTC)

Role: Provide compassionate, comprehensive care to residents, addressing both medical and personal needs to promote comfort and quality of life. Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in LTC or similar settings.
• Certifications: BLS
• Skilled in wound care, IV therapy, Medication administration, Respiratory care, and nutritional support.
