Description Registered Nurse (RN) Allpro Homecare FL is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for Client Assessmentsto become part of our team and join our mission of providing quality non-medical homecare to our veteran population. Flexible Schedule (Scheduling to meet your needs) Weekly Pay Support Staff Available Online Training Responsibilities: Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of in-home care Veteran clients Assess clients’ conditions and chart observations, and perform evaluation tasks Educate clients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures, and make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the client’s quality of life Staff Supervisory Visits Complete appropriate and timely documentation of all client care, including progress note, summaries, and per state requirements Provide effective communication to clients, their family members, and other team members Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will complete initial and ongoing assessments for veteran clients to identify their needs and provide education on home health care strategies. They will also document client care and communicate effectively with clients and their families.
