Description This is a PRN position. Allpro Homecare is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for as needed Client Assessments to become part of our team and join our mission of providing quality non-medical homecare to our veteran population. Flexible Schedule (Scheduling to meet your needs) Weekly Pay Support Staff Available Online Training Available Responsibilities: Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of in-home care Veteran clients Assess clients’ conditions and chart observations, and perform evaluation tasks Educate clients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures, and make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the client’s quality of life Staff Supervisory Visits Complete appropriate and timely documentation of all client care, including progress note, summaries, and per state requirements Provide effective communication to clients, their family members, and other team members Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Requirements Qualifications: Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state required Current state license in good standing as an RN Must be able to pass a background check thru Georgia's GCHEX System State-required Fingerprinting State-required TB Test State-required Physical State-required First Aid Certification State-required CPR Certification Compassionate, friendly demeanor Excellent communication skills Current driver’s license and reliable transportation INDGA
