Description Role: RN Reporting to: Clinical Manager Wage/Classification: Non-exempt Key Responsibilities: - Provide skilled nursing care under RN/Clinical Manager supervision. - Support the patient’s emotional and physical needs, ensuring continuity of care. - Communicate patient changes to the care team and document all interactions. - Build strong relationships to encourage patient compliance and safety. - Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to infection control and safety protocols. - Participate in staff development and community outreach activities. - Uphold confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines. Routinely required to use hands for various tasks, including hand controls, gripping, and handling of objects. At times, will be required to reach beyond mid-line of the body, reach overhead or at chest level. There are specific vision abilities required to perform this job, which include close, distance and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. All employees will be required to use universal safety precautions when performing their assigned tasks. Employees must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum of 25 pounds. Employees must have the ability to stoop and bend up to 2.5 hours per 8-hour shift.
