What we’re looking for Applicants should have a current state RN license, Associates degree from an accredited nursing school. Other requirements include: 21 years of age or older CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire Previous experience in psychiatric health care facility with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred Experience in patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities More about El Dorado Springs El Dorado Springs is 106 bed Behavioral health hospital that has been offering exceptional care to the Tucson community. Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will assess patients, plan care, monitor changes in condition, and ensure quality nursing care is delivered according to hospital policies. They will also document findings and interact with patients using empathy and respect.
