Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team at CareLink Home Health Care Center. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes. This role involves developing personalized care plans, performing clinical assessments, and delivering treatments to improve patients’ health outcomes and quality of life.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in UAE.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in home health care or a related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of home health care regulations and standards.
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to travel to patients’ homes and provide hands-on care.
  • Capability to lift or assist patients during mobility and care activities.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
    Pay: AED3,875.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care and Clinical Services:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ medical, psychological, and social needs.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders.
  • Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
  • Care Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other care providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Schedule and manage follow-up visits as required.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Ensure all nursing activities comply with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
  • Quality Assurance and Professional Development:
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing training programs.
  • Stay current with best practices in home health care nursing.
