We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Central Oregon team. This position has opportunities to serve multiple communities in Central Oregon, depending on current needs. Responsibilities: Coordinate and provide nursing care and services including: Nurse delegation per OSBN Complete resident health assessments Monitoring of resident overall health Communication with physicians and outside providers Investigation of injuries involving residents or staff Tracking and auditing of medication and treatment orders Part of service planning team Coordination of resident care Participate in care conferences Participate and direct quality assurance investigations Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements Participate in in-service presentations and staff meetings Communicate with state and assist in surveys Help foster a positive team attitude in the community AND anything that helps staff coordinate consistent, quality care and service in the facility. Other items as requested by the Administrator and/or anything else that is needed to keep the facility operating smoothly.
