  About This Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager Position  HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking an experienced RN to care for hospice patients in long-term care facilities in Northern Rhode Island.  This is a full-time, 40hrs per week, position with an 8am-4:30pm schedule.
