This position is for our Haliburton Home, located in Haliburton, Ontario. What you’ll be doing Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support. Provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising and evaluating their work. Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide direct care to residents in accordance with established standards of practice. They will also lead and guide nursing and personal care staff while coordinating complex care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
