Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab Shift: 36 hrs per week, Three/12 hr shifts, Mostly 6:00am-6:30pm, occasional 7:00am-7:30pm On-Call: Candidates must be within 30 minutes of Lankenau Medical Center. Call is averaging one weeknight per week (6:30pm-6:00am) and every 7th weekend (Friday/6:30pm to Monday/6:00am) Experience: One year of recent Cath Lab Nurse experience required. Education: 1. RN Diploma, ASN required. 2. BSN preferred. Licensures/Certifications: 1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact. 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care to patients in the Cath Lab throughout the pre, intra, and post-procedure phases. They will also participate in unit councils, nursing committees, and evidence-based research projects to support the interdisciplinary team.
